Privacy
For readings and reports bought at wisteria.guide.
When you buy a reading, you give us your first name, birth date, birth time, birth place, your sex at birth, and an email address. That is the whole list — there are no accounts and no passwords. (Sex at birth is used only to compute the Eastern half of your timing, the Four Pillars, whose ten-year chapters read differently by birth polarity.)
Your birth details exist for one purpose: to cast your chart and compose your reading. Your email exists to deliver it. We keep your order record — name, birth details, email, and what you purchased — so we can re-send your reading if you lose it, honor returning-customer pricing on future work, and avoid ever offering you something you already own.
Three services help us make and deliver your reading: a payment processor handles your card — it goes directly to them and never passes through us; a writing service receives your first name and chart-derived details (placements, periods, transits) to compose the prose; and an email service sends the finished PDF to your inbox. None of them may use your information for anything beyond providing that service to us.
When we advertise the site, the ad platform measures whether those ads work: it sees standard web-analytics signals — the pages you visit here and, if you buy, that a purchase happened and its amount. It never sees your name, your birth details, or anything from your reading.
We do not sell or share your information. We do not build advertising profiles from your birth data. We do not put your details in any mailing list you didn’t ask for. The site stores your light/dark preference on your own device and nothing else.
Write to hello@wisteria.guide from the email on your order and we will erase your order record — birth details included — within a few days. (Once erased, we can no longer re-send your reading or recognize you for returning-customer pricing.)
Readings are composed for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, financial, or legal advice, and no chart knows you better than you do.
